Damnit! I'm off school but my mum goes to work with the car on Tues and Wed! Went to Hadston tonight - lots of swell and little wind so relocated to Ladyburn where it was 6.7m planing weather on and off. Tony Champion said he was available for Tues/Wed though.

I could be on a local beach (e.g. Hadston) by about 4:15 so let me know if you're heading somewhere.

Just thought you might like to know Richard and I got out tonight(Monday). Went to Hadston and bumped into Terry Dobson who had heard we might be sailing, no Board but positive plans on the car buying front so that may change.

Unfortunately the tide was racing out and although the wind seemed strong on the shore a combination of strong swell and tidal flow negated any fun, so we derigged stuffed everything in the car and decamped to Ladyburn where we had some good planning conditions, footstraps and all in fine weather.

By the way Ladyburn is now open until 9.00pm which makes it a much more reasonable evening sail option.

Wouldn't mind a sail this evening if it's going to be windy, just depends on what time I can get away from work.  Unlikely I could get up to Hadstone before 5:30.

Would be up for a sail on Wednesday, again if there's some wind.  Anyone got a forecast / plans?

I am available today but have just been down on the beach and there wasn't enough wind. There was next to no shore-break. Maybe it will pick up later. I am not sure about tomorrow. Sue has the car at lunchtime and again in the evening so I probably only have a small window of opportunity.

Well the big wind didn't turn up, no change there then, and today looks poor so I guess it's plans on hold again.
