I have a yellow 5m Gun sail with a blue luff tube so the second pic could be me but i feel sure that I would remember bringing off such a fine dismount.

Geography CSE per chance ?

That's no nature reserve, that's open cast coal workings. The photo was taken circa 1980 when Ladyburn Lake was just a big hole in the ground.
