Consider it saved for your inspection.

If it's to big at the middle of the beach we still park near the chip shop as near to the main road as possible, then you can walk over the grass rather than through the maze. There is a car park on the beach front near the new houses which we use for surfing, but the wind shadow tends to be bigger there unless it's a southerly, then it's OK. Otherwise half way down towards Seaton Sluice by the toilet block, it's a bit of a carry through the dunes, but worth it as there is a good wave break there and the wind is clean.

I was down Blyth on Thursday. Had boom in car but missed you.

No need for for the scorn on where I live. House prices are cheaper up here. Not to mention some A1 top notch sailing beaches.

Will put it to one side for your first refusal Brian.

Andy,
I'll have a word with you about the Fanatic before you flog it on E-bay.

P.S. Have you still got that skeg screw borrowed from me at druridge a while ago for the old type fins ?
It was a spare - but you never know when it will be needed again.

Catch you down the pub tomorrow maybe.
